We had a wonderful stay here! The staff at this place were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect, as it is very near to restaurants and local shops. We also loved the fact that it was close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries and washing machine were a plus. We were also impressed by the well-equipped kitchen including cookware/ kitchen utensils and an electric kettle. The television and AM/FM alarm clock in the room were great additions.

That the staff did not respond well to our requests. However, we would still recommend this hotel to friends.

The location here is great, with the Pearl Monument nearby and an easily accessible restaurant for lunch. I enjoyed it!

We liked staying at doha downtown hotel. Great to have a 24-hour restaurant on the premises.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area close to a lot of restaurants. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very comforting and has a nice spa and clean rooms when you reach. They had a quick check in for us when we reached.

However, the cleaning staff are very bad..they leave the dishes unwashed in the sink,,,, my boy spilled some juice on the floor and we wiped it thinking the next morning they would clean, but when we reached the next day in the afternoon we found the same stain sticky on the floor. the used food stays on the table for two or three days its a disaster . we told the reception about the cleaning and how bad it is but we found the same thing happening the next day ..... they really should do something about how they maintain the rooms and clean them while people are staying.

Good value for money and central location are the best aspects of this hotel. It offers friendly staff and clean premises. The lobby is also interesting and connected to various cafes and restaurants.

The rooms have poor use of space, substandard furniture and the air conditioning does not work effectively. The televisions are small and there is no room service menu.

The gym and the size of the room were the best aspects of my stay. The gym had well-maintained equipment and was always empty which made my work-out routine delightful. Also, the room was large and had a spacious area, just enough for me to focus on my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and served its purpose.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. I was disappointed with the amenities, service, and location. The location was far from the office, which was a hassle during commuting. The amenities were not complete, the bathroom did not have any toiletries offered and those offered in the kitchen did not match the quality of what I needed. The service was abysmal and disappointing.

The hotel's location is great, very near to restaurants and local shops. You're never too far from anything. The washing machine in the room is a convenient facility. The 24-hour café is a great advantage, always open and ready to serve.

The staff could use some training in customer service, they don't seem to be attentive to guests' needs.

I stayed in 2bedroom one with a group of friends. I wasn't fancy but clean and neat so we liked it. It had 2 full bathrooms so it worked well for us. Kitchen was nice and big! We cooked breakfast in the kitchen so that saved us money. The pool was nice as well. Overall we loved it and it wasn't pricy at all.

We left kitchen messy on the first day and expected room service would take care of it but it didn't happen... It would have been nice if all the rooms and kitchen were clean.

- size of rooms. - quick response to requests - two full bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment, instead of one and half bathrooms I found in other places. - Internet availabe for each apartment but no wireless. - Each apartment has its own Satellite Receiver can watch any channel from both Arabsat or Nilesat, selection of channels is not limited to only 40 or 50 channels. - Kitchen was fully equiped with a stove, oven, mircrowave, water heater, fridge, a washing machine (washer/drier) and a full set of dishes and plates.

- The parking area in the basement is made too narrow, too hard to drive in large cars. I had to park my car outside in the sun. - No wireless internet in the rooms, I bought my own wireless access point to be able to connect all my kids Blackberries and laptops.

We had a great stay with excellent staff, clean hotel facilities, and convenient location near to everything. The hotel is near to many restaurants and very near to the best ones. Also, the hotel is clean and has all the facilities from parking to transportation available. The staff was very helpful and polite during our stay.
